Partnership Care is a care service in Buckinghamshire. We have been working with Buckinghamshire Council for 8 years as well as with privately funded customers. Our goal is to enable people with additional needs to live life to the fullest and maintain their independence.
Whether it's taking a trip to the shops, accessing a public service, finding work or just meeting new people, some of us require that little bit of support to enable that to happen. As a people-centred service, Partnership Care is committed to giving clients control over their support and chosen activities.
Partnership Care employs a team of carers and personal assistants from diverse backgrounds, and is happy to facilitate any religious or cultural requirements expressed by clients.
We provide bespoke care planning to ensure that all our clients' needs are carefully considered, as well as including any other professionals or family members who are involved. We want to make sure that the support we offer is safe, enjoyable and goal orientated.
Our service is easy and hassle free to use, we take care of employment checks, training, insurance and the employment of carers and personal assistants for your ease. We also offer a free trial with a carer or personal assistant to make sure that we have found the right match.
We have experience of supporting people and building a relationship with customers who have a wide range of needs whether that's a learning difficulty, mental health needs or physical health. We aim to always be understanding and inclusive.
