At Partnership Care we are committed to providing carers and personal assistants who are trained, experienced, vetted, monitoried and ready to support people with additional needs to enable them to live a full and happy life.
Whether that is help with the weekly shop and meal planning, learning how to make a healthy meal or simply finding something fun to do. We are on hand to offer support and guidance with a non-judgemental and person-centered approach. We can also offer support to find voluntary work placements and to engage with community activities to reduce feelings of social isolation.
All of our carers and personal assistants are regularly supervised and offered ongoing help and advice with their important and trusted role.
We have experience in helping people who need extra support with their learning, mental health, physical and medical health. We see people as a whole and our support plans identify strenghts as well as goals for the future and areas for development.

Care Planning
All the people we support have a care plan which identifies strenghts and any goals for the future along with areas for development. We work collaboratively with professionals involved and family members too if it's appropriate.
We treat people as the indivudual they are and understand the support we offer is about having a meaningful relationship built on trust and respect.
All Carers and Personal Assistants are Fully Trained and Vetted
Our personal assistants and carers are employed, insured, trained and have an enhanced DBS check. They are all regularly supervised to make sure that we always deliver high quality care and support.
Supported Introductions and Trial Sessions for Free
We offer a supported introduction with a carer or personal assistant and a manager as well as a trial session free of charge. This ensures that the people we support feel comfortable and at ease before making a commitment.
